Last week, I was at a local pharmacy being assisted by a young man named Randy. I noticed how efficient and super- friendly he was as he was taking care of others. When it was my turn, he assisted me in the same manner. He made a very positive impression on me. It made my visit to this establishment very pleasant.

Thinking about it later, I decided to send a note to the pharmacy to put in a nice word for Randy. Very often, we tend to write letters and notes when we’re angry about something that happened or didn’t happen. But we often take the good experiences every day for granted. It’s important that we learn to be appreciative of others and the good things of life.
