The United State Constitute General in conjunction with the Constitutional Rights Awareness and Liberty Initiative (CRALI), decorated singer Simisola Bolatito Ogunleye popularly known as Simi as a Human Right Ambassador.
The singer shared this news on Instagram with a video of the event of her decoration, attached to the post on Friday April 27.
This is surely a milestone achieved by the Nigerian singer who was appreciative of the opportunity given to her.
According to Simi, “A few days ago, I was decorated at the US Consulate, by the US Consul General, as one of the Human Rights Ambassadors from Nigeria, in conjunction with CRALI. It was, and is, an incredible honour to get a platform that enables me to use my voice – to the best of my ability – for this cause.”
Congratulations Simi on this new award as you add this feather to your cap.
